The staff was very good. The food was also very good and the room was acceptable. The entertainment was quite good and very fun. The swimming pools were AMAZING!!!
The water in the room was cold frequently. The shower head was broken and it would constantly fall. I requested a double bed and got a twin bedroom.

the resort had a private beach area with great snorkeling spots. breakfasts were full and varied. right from the start, wonderful.
The wifi signal wasn't as strong throughout the whole resort. Though this was a minor issue.

Superb Experience with Friendly Staff

My room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coral reef is beautiful at the beach and perfect for snorkeling (I even saw a turtle!). The grounds of the resort are fine and well maintained by the hard working grounds staff.

The food was excellent, and the buffet selection offered a wide variety of choices to please every palate. The themed restaurants added a nice touch (I especially liked the Asian cuisine). It was easy to make reservations.

I was very pleased with the food. It offered a wide variety of options. The room was impeccably clean, a detail I greatly appreciate. The hotel staff were impressively polite.
The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, a bit disruptive. I noticed that some furniture seemed outdated. The beach required wearing beach shoes because of rocks.
